THEME: A FAMILY AFFAIR

Not exactly like that Jamie-Cersei Lannister family vibe (honestly, one was enough). Think more along the lines of the Stark fam – you know…a family that fights but makes up and generally ends up ruling things. For all the good, the bad and the ugly in familial relationships, catch:

Black-Ish on Thursday at 6:30pm on 1 Magic (DStv channel 103)

Games People Play on Thursdays at 8:51pm on BET (DStv channel 129)

Outdaughtered starts 12 June at 20:00 CAT on TLC (DStv channel 135)

My Perfect Family weekdays at 17:00 CAT on Telemundo (DStv channel 118)

THEME: DUDE IN DISTRESS

This is the story where an imperfect handsome dude, following an emotional break-up, meets and partners up with a strong woman who sorta-kinda redeems him. Together, they fight side-by-side to save the world (and each other) while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and politics.  That’s literally the plot of Whiskey Cavalier and co-incidentally, also the story of Jaime Lannister and Brienne of Tarth. You liked that kind of juicy plot twist in GoT and shipped “Jaime and Brienne?  Then you’re in good company with:

Whiskey Cavalier on Wednesday at 9:00pm only on M-Net (DStv channel 102)

THEME: PERFECTLY IMPERFECT

In the world of Game of Thrones – Patrick Melrose is the Tyrion Lannister character; any female character from Big Little Lies can survive  (and plot just as hard) as a queens in the Seven Kingdoms and lastly, none of the queens in the Seven Kingdoms (shutout to Cercei, Daenerys, Sansa, Margaery, Yara Greyjoy and Selyse!) will never allow a Handmaid’s Tale situation to occur in their lifetimes and ladies and gents… thank you for coming to our TED Talk. Watch the following show to see if any untruths have been told in that presentation:
