My heart literally stopped when I lost you. But it had to start beating again for the sake of the girls. We all miss you so much but we are strong just like you taught us to be. You are my angel. My lover forever. You will never be forgotten. NEVER. It doesn’t get any easier with each passing year, but I am holding on to the promise that we will meet again to part no more. I love you forever my lover. Hmmmm! It is well. Continue to rest my love”.

Stella Damasus remembers late Jaiye Aboderin

Last year, Damasus had penned down a touching tribute to Jaiye Aboderin, by sharing a video collage of their loved life, revealing how speechless she was over him.

She recounted how they always gisted, laughed, played games, and did everything together, and appreciated him for all he taught them and how he showed her true love.

Although her reasons included avoiding being constantly stereotyped in movies, one major reason was to raise her daughters – Isabel and Angelica. Three years later, she married Emeka Nzeribe but the marriage lasted seven months before a divorce.

Stella later got married to her colleague’s husband, Daniel Ademinokan in 2014 but their marriage didn’t last long as they parted ways in 2020.

Ademinokan was said to have walked out of their marriage and relocated to another state in the United States of America, where the couple lived.

Opening up on their divorce, the mother of two stated that she thought the man she married was her soulmate, had a similar mindset, and could do everything together, but alas, she was served breakfast.

Stella advised ladies to pay attention to red flags and avoid rushing into marriage.
