Nigerian singer and former Plantainshun Boyz singer, Blackface, has called out Afropop singer Asake and his label boss, Olamide for not reaching out to him over the usage of his work. Recall Asake released a new single he calls ‘Yoga’ on Monday.

Nigerian singer, Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo better known by his stage name Blackface Naija or just Blackface of the defunct Plantashun Boiz has called out his junior colleague, Asake over alleged theft. In a series of tweets, Blackface accused Asake of not seeking permission from him before remixing his song. He noted how the artiste was trying to outsmart him, but he is way smarter than Asake thinks.
Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Asake was forced to end his sold-out performance at the O2 Academy Brixton after large crowds of fans, who did not have tickets broke into the venue.
