Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun, otherwise known as AY, has spoken about being invited by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC). In a lengthy post on his Instagram page, he opened up on his invitation by the commission over his Naira abuse. He revealed that he was invited by the anti-graft agency and was granted a pardon after confirming that the money being sprayed is not linked to the proceeds of crime or any form of illicit funds.
Nigerian comedian and box office king Ayo Makun, otherwise known as AY, and his estranged wife, Mabel Makun, are allegedly in a bitter custody battle over their second child. According to blogger, Stella Dimoko Korkus, Mabel has denied AY all access to his second daughter. An insider told the blog that AY hadn’t reached his second daughter since Mabel left the marriage, so he had to cut through corners by contacting the child’s nanny to speak to his child.
Mabel Makun has confirmed that her marriage to comedian Ayo Makun, aka AY, has ended. Mabel, taking to her Instagram page, noted that her dream of a lifelong marriage has “taken a different direction”.
