BBNaija winner ‘See Gobe’ edition Efe Money has debunked reports making the rounds on social media that he disrespected the head of Multichoice, the major reason he is being backlisted.
The first season of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show aired from March 5 to June 4, 2006. It then went off-air for 11 years until it made a comeback in 2017. Since it first aired as ‘Big Brother Nigeria’ in 2006, there have been four successful seasons of the show. Each season takes on a new theme that speaks to the pop-culture of the time in the country, current happenings and the type of characters (housemates) in the house.
Expectedly, after competing in Big Brother Naija, the natural progression for ex-housemates is show business. Take Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, for instance. After appearing in the very first Big Brother Nigeria in 2006, he’s helmed several prestigious TV gigs and has become a well-paid event emcee. Now, for three seasons, he’s been the host of the insanely popular BBNaija itself. Like Ebuka, you could also name several other ex-mates in who have taken the same path.
