Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Mary Remmy Njoku, has shared a candid reflection on postpartum depression, urging men to better understand and appreciate the transformation women experience after childbirth. In an Instagram post on Saturday, Njoku described postpartum depression as “mourning the death of the girl you once were and learning to embrace the birth of the woman you are becoming.”
