MTV Shuga, in partnership with UNITAID, the United Nations’ Every Woman Every Child Partnership, MTV Staying Alive Foundation and MTV Base has revealed additional cast members to the diverse African cast of the self-shot 65-part mini-series “Alone Together” which aims to raise awareness in the global fight to flatten COVID-19.
MTV Shuga: Alone Together brings us back to Naija in this episode. The first thing we see is Tobi rehearsing what he’ll say when he speaks with Leila. She is talking with her friend, Bongi, but does not want to talk with him. She keeps ignoring his calls and we feel a little sorry for Tobi.

Nigeria’s biggest Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD is joining the new cast of MTV Shuga Naija, alongside Nollywood Veteran, Funsho Adeolu, top actor and show host, Osas Ighodaro, Big Brother 2018 finalist, Tobi Bakre, Omowunmi Dada and Belinda Yanga among many others.
