Embattled Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has suggested to the Federal Government the ideal place to kick start the Ruga settlement. Speaking during a lecture in Abuja on Tuesday, the governor maintained that the best way to begin the proposed settlement is to create a grazing reserve in Sambisa forest, Borno state.
