Rita Dominic-Anosike is proving there’s more to her than award-winning acting. Since taking over the Miss Nigeria franchise from her husband, Daily Times owner Mr. Fidelis Anosike, after their traditional wedding in April 2022, she has quietly reshaped the pageant’s direction.
Under her leadership, the annual Miss Nigeria event organized by Daily Times has enjoyed a successful turnaround. This year’s edition is already generating buzz and building momentum.
Now she’s adding publishing to her portfolio. The actress is relaunching DT Now Magazine under the Daily Times brand and has unveiled fashion designer and AMVCA nominee Chukwukadibia Ezeanyanwu as the June 2026 cover star. The magazine focuses on African stories, fashion, and lifestyle.
From screen to stage to newsstands, Rita Dominic-Anosike is clearly writing her next chapter.
Announcing the relaunch, she said the team spent months rebuilding DT “from legacy to revolution.”
“Our commitment to telling the truth about our culture remains elevated,” she stated. She also named Chukwukadibia Ezeanyanwu as Daily Times Young Fashion Designer of the Year.
“To truly understand the future of African fashion, we will spend time in his world, exploring the vision and brain behind the brand. It’s an invitation into Ladi’s Lagos,” Rita Dominic enthused.
