Justice Othman Musa of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Bwari Area of Abuja, on Thursday dismissed the rape suit against Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo.
The ongoing alleged rape case between Busola Dakolo and COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo has taken a new turn as court papers showing some demands and proceedings surfaced on the internet.
Detectives from the Force Criminal Investigation Department(FCID), Abuja, investigating the alleged rape of Busola Dakolo against pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Wednesday conducted a search on the residence and office of the embattled pastor in Abuja.
Amidst the rape allegations leveled against, Biodun Fatoyinbo, founder of the Commonwealth Zion Assembly (COZA), by Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola Dakolo, the pastor has calmed his congregation. The clergy man announced a suspension of “Seven Days of Glory,” a yearly programme of the church, saying the “Holy Spirit” directed him to do so.

Singer Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola has alleged that COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, raped her. She made this known in an explosive interview with YNaija just weeks after her husband went on a social media call out of the pastor.
