Abductors of Otun Olubadan’s twins reduce ransom to N10m
The kidnappers of Otun Olubadan’s twin babies have reportedly reduced the ransom money to N10m
The suspects at large who were forced to negotiate to a sum of N40m have now resorted to N10m, upon rejecting a N5m fee bargained
Though the family had initially cried out to security operatives and took to pleading with the men of the underworld, it appears that they would have the last laugh and put the incident behind them, soon enough.
The Otun Olubadan is yet to reveal whether the ransom would be paid or not, he happily mentioned that his kids would be returned to him.
He said;
“I’m very much optimistic that my children will join the rest members of the family very soon by the special grace of God and when they arrive, all of you will be in the know. I thank Nigerians, both at home and in diaspora for the massive support my family received so far and which we are still receiving.
“I’m also grateful to the state government and once again to the security agents for their efforts in ensuring the release of the kids just as I want to thank my tormentors in advance for the care given to the innocent children.
May anything called sorrow be far away from all of us. I will say more when the kids reunite with other family members.”
It may be recalled that the abductors had kidnapped the twins alongside their mother before forcefully taking her phone (which is being used to bargain the ransom) and dropping her off the road at an undisclosed place.
