Cardi B’s mother is the proud owner of a new mansion – just outside of New York. We can’t give out the exact address, for privacy reasons.

Cardi plopped down $1.5M for a New Jersey mansion for her mother. And Cardi called the date she closed on her mom’s house as the “happiest day of her life.”
Cardi’s mom grew up in a run down apartment in the Bronx – now she has a newly constructed mansion – in a very exclusive neighborhood.
According to the home’s listing – it has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths. The home also has a fully renovated basement – with a home theater.

She revealed in her first video that she has been wanting to buy her mom a home for some time. “Last year I was so thirsty to buy my mama a home, and I could only afford a house that cost $600,000. You know, we live in New York, so a price that looked like that look like s–t,” she said in the first clip. “I waited, I waited, I waited, I waited til I could afford a dream home, and I copped it.”

After showing off the main floor with its iron-work on the staircase and gorgeous kitchen, she then walked downstairs to the basement, which is her “favorite part.”

The Bodak Yellow singer told fans that her daughter Kulture plans on spending a lot of time there.
